Ben Kaplan: United States; The Stem Cell Sentinel, formerly Ben's Stem Cell News, is a blog published by Ben Kaplan, a stem cell activist with professional experience in public relations and biotechnology. He has been closely following developments in the field of regenerative medicine since May of 1998. In 2008, Ben was honored by the Genetics Policy Institute, a non-profit organization that promotes cutting-edge medical research, with its Grassroots Advocacy Award, presented at the World Stem Cell Summit held in Madison, Wisconsin.
