"A research team from the Kobe-based Center for Developmental Biology, affiliated with the Institute of Physical and Chemical Science (Riken) has succeeded in an efficient, mass cultivation of human embryonic stem cells, a Web version of the scientific journal, Nature Biotechnology, announced Sunday. The research team, headed by Yoshiki Sasai and others, also successfully developed the increased embryonic stem cells into brain cells.
